It may affect to certain destinations depending on port of call and new rules and regulations imposed by local government. For instance Nigerian ports are congested and delays for vessels to stack are around 20 days. Some shipping lines completely halted the service.

None. Unless local government decides to close ports / airports of entry.
Should I be concerned about my goods being infected with Covid19?
No. container / packaging will be sanitized (whenever possible and not affecting quality of the products).
Are there any special conditions now for shipping during Covid19?
None. Depends on local government imposing rules / bans and procedures. At this stage from SA
The following goods are subject to export control:
- alcohol-based hand sanitizers
- gas masks
- other breathing appliances
- antisera and other blood fractions
- vaccines for human medicine
- and medicaments
The following goods are excluded from export control:
- protective masks having neither mechanical parts nor replaceable filters
- The export control measures apply irrespective of the quantity of goods intended for exportation
Bureaucracy required and operational process may take longer so one needs more preparation and logistical organization. So far we had no problems.
Some certificates are already digital (almost all).
